GENERAL TERMS AND CANCELLATION CONDITIONS

REQUIRED AGE

To book accommodation, guests must be at least 18 years old and present a valid photo ID.

EARLY CHECK-IN 

We can only guarantee early check-ins if the accommodation has been booked for the night before your arrival.

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

 Check-ins are available from 

- 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM free of charge 

- 9:00 PM to 11:00 PM with a surcharge of 20 euros  

- No check-ins possible after 11:00 PM

We strive to make your accommodation available as soon as possible and no later than 9:00 PM.

Check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM at the latest. 

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a link to access our web application and register your arrival time. A precise appointment will be scheduled with our concierge before your arrival. 

On your arrival day, our concierge will come specifically to welcome you and hand over the keys to the accommodation.

During your check-in, our concierge will ensure that the security deposit has been made and will ask you to present an identity document. 

LATE CHECK-OUT

We can only guarantee late check-outs if the accommodation has been booked for the night following your stay.

LINEN

All household linen is provided: one flat sheet per bed, one duvet cover per bed, one pillowcase per person, one towel per person, one bath mat per person. A linen change during the stay is available for an additional fee of €30.00 per bed.

CLEANING

At check-out, the accommodation must be clean, the dishwasher empty, dishes clean and stored, trash bins emptied, and the refrigerator cleared out. If the accommodation is excessively dirty beyond normal use, a flat fee of €40 per bed may be deducted from the security deposit as compensation.

NON-SMOKING ACCOMMODATION

Smoking is strictly prohibited in common areas and inside the accommodation.

PETS

Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.

SECURITY DEPOSIT

The security deposit amount mentioned in the rental listing will be "pre-authorized" on your credit card but will not be charged. 

A €1 transaction will be made to verify the validity of your credit card. 

This €1 amount will be refunded to your account 20 days after your departure unless damages have occurred or house rules have not been followed, in which case a corresponding amount may be deducted.

INVENTORY CHECK

Upon arrival, you are invited to complete an inventory check via our partner’s application. If no prior observations are made, an inventory check will be conducted at check-out and will be considered accepted without reservation.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking, with the remaining 50% due at least one month before arrival. During congress periods and summer seasons, 100% of the stay must be paid at the time of booking, and it is non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-modifiable. For bookings made less than 30 days before the rental start date, the full rental amount must be paid. If the guest shortens their stay after arrival, no refund will be given.

INTERNET / WI-FI

Internet/Wi-Fi access is included in the rental if listed among the amenities. The agency Croceo is not responsible for temporary service interruptions caused by the provider or other uncontrollable factors. No refunds or commercial discounts will be provided in case of network unavailability.

INTERVENTIONS / REPAIRS

If, during the stay, the landlord has to arrange repairs at the tenant’s request (request must be made by email) for damaged equipment (blocked pipes, damaged appliances, broken glass, etc.), and if the tenant is at fault, these interventions will be charged.

Lost keys: €200 (lock and key replacement).

RESPONSIBILITY

All accommodations have been inspected by Croceo Agency. Descriptions are accurate and provided in good faith. Complaints must be submitted within 48 hours via email. If the guest abandons the accommodation without prior approval, no refund will be given.
